15-Day Checking Warranty
All laptops include a 15-Day Checking Warranty from the date of delivery.
Eligible Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted if:

The product arrives damaged.

The wrong product is delivered.

The product has a verified hardware fault within the checking warranty period.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:

The product has been physically damaged by the customer.

The device has been opened, repaired, or modified by an unauthorized person.

Damage is caused by water, drops, electrical issues, misuse, or improper handling.

Software-related issues caused after delivery.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method or by mutual agreement after inspection of the returned product.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake or a defective product, Abbas Tech Zone will guide you regarding the return process. In other cases, return shipping charges may apply.

Warranty Procedure
If your product develops a covered issue within the warranty period:

Provide your order number and describe the issue.

If required, return the product for inspection.

After verification, we will repair, replace, or provide another appropriate solution.
Warranty decisions are made after inspection by our technical team.
